Delivery terms

All products are delivered to the address provided by the customer to DAB Motors as the delivery address or address of execution of the service.

The delivery period indicated by DAB Motors is based on the circumstances applicable at the time the agreement was entered into.

Unless otherwise agreed, DAB Motors shall deliver the goods by transferring physical possession or control of the goods to the consumer without undue delay and no later than 18 months from the conclusion of the contract.

If DAB Motors fails to deliver within the agreed timeframe, the customer shall call upon DAB Motors to complete delivery within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances.

The delivery method depends on the customer’s country. For every order, a delivery quote will be prepared with the appropriate transporter.

When DAB Motors dispatches goods to you, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

If the carrier was commissioned by you and not offered by DAB Motors, the risk transfers upon delivery to that carrier, without prejudice to your rights against the carrier.

Delivery lead times

For the DAB 1, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on production capacity and delivery demand at the time of purchase.

Once your motorcycle enters production, a member of the DAB Motors team will contact you to confirm the expected delivery date.

DAB Motors motorcycles are available for delivery:

• European Union

• United Kingdom

• United Arab Emirates

For the moment, deliveries are not available to Asia or the United States.

Delivery scheduling

Delivery dates are arranged directly with the DAB Motors team.

• Delivery dates cannot be booked directly on the website.

• Customers may request a preferred delivery date.

• A specific time slot may be arranged with the transporter when possible.

• The delivery address may be modified before shipment begins.

Accessories delivery

Motorcycle accessories are delivered together with the motorcycle unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs depend on the destination. From time to time, free delivery promotions may be offered on the website.
