RETURNS POLICY
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify DAB Motors within the withdrawal period using the contact details provided below. The goods must then be returned within 14 days after notification of withdrawal.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Conditions for returns
Returned goods must be handled only to the extent necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.
You are responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for inspection.
For example, adjustments or use that cause visible wear, scratches, or damage may result in a deduction from the refund to reflect the loss in value.
Return shipping
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
You remain responsible for the goods until they are received by DAB Motors.
Refunds
Once a withdrawal is properly exercised:
DAB Motors will reimburse all payments received for the returned goods, excluding any additional delivery costs resulting from non-standard shipping options.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
DAB Motors may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or proof of shipment.
