Thanks to our integration within Peugeot Motocycles, DAB Motors is building an international service network dedicated to DAB electric motorcycles, composed of carefully selected and trained service partners capable of maintaining and optimizing DAB motorcycles worldwide.

This global service network includes DAB Authorized Partners, chosen for their expertise in electric motorcycle maintenance, diagnostics, and performance optimization.  Partners come from the Peugeot Motocycles service network, ensuring industrial-level technical knowledge and long-term reliability.

DAB owners benefit from privileged access to this curated international service network, ensuring professional maintenance, technical support, and service continuity wherever they ride. 

The DAB electric motorcycle requires an initial maintenance service between 1,500 and 2,000 km, followed by regular servicing every 10,000 km. A major service is recommended every 40,000 km to ensure long-term reliability and performance.

Service A (regular maintenance):

1,500–2,000 km, 10,000 km, 20,000 km, 30,000 km, 50,000 km, 60,000 km, 70,000 km, 90,000 km, 100,000 km

Service B (major maintenance):

40,000 km, 80,000 km

This electric motorcycle maintenance schedule helps keep the DAB performing efficiently, ensuring battery system reliability, drivetrain performance, and overall riding safety over time.

There are two types of maintenance services for the DAB electric motorcycle: Service A and Service B.

Service A

Service A includes inspection and safety checks to ensure proper operation of the motorcycle:

• Visual inspection of brake lines, brake hoses, and connections

• Belt tension check

• Check front and rear brake fluid levels

• Inspection of front brake pads and brake discs

• Inspection of rear brake pads and brake disc

• Steering nut tension check

• Check of the lighting and signal system

• General road-safety inspection

Service B

Service B includes the same inspection and safety checks, with additional drivetrain maintenance:

• Visual inspection of brake lines, brake hoses, and connections

• Belt replacement

• Check front and rear brake fluid levels

• Inspection of front brake pads and brake discs

• Inspection of rear brake pads and brake disc

• Steering nut tension check

• Check of the lighting and signal system

• General road-safety inspection

Some basic maintenance tasks on the DAB electric motorcycle can be performed by the rider by following the instructions in the owner’s manual.

Depending on your location, scheduled servicing can be carried out by a local DAB Motors service partner or through a mobile service solution, ensuring reliable maintenance wherever your motorcycle is located.
