If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your motorcycle, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise this right:

• You must notify DAB Motors in writing using the Model Withdrawal Form
• The motorcycle must be returned within 14 days after your withdrawal request
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility

Please note:

• Customised or personalised motorcycles cannot be returned
• You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by use beyond what is necessary to inspect the motorcycle (for example, scratches caused by adjustments)

You can get a refund of your deposit when purchasing à DAB motorcycle, under certain conditions:

• Your first deposit is fully refundable within 14 days after payment
• After this 14-day period, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable
• The second deposit is required after the withdrawal period and is not refundable

Custom or personalised motorcycles are not eligible for withdrawal once production has started.

Delivery times are based on production and logistics conditions at the time of your order and may vary.

If DAB Motors is unable to deliver within the agreed timeframe:

• A new reasonable delivery period will be proposed to you
• If delivery still cannot be completed within that extended period, you may contact DAB Motors to discuss next steps

Delays caused by events outside DAB Motors’ control (such as supplier delays, transport issues, or force majeure) may temporarily suspend delivery obligations.
